01 Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CybrAegis ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform and AI-driven security services.
By accessing the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are a minor (under 18), you represent that you have received parental or guardian permission to use the platform.
02 Account Management & Security
Registration may be required to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:
- Safeguarding your unique authentication tokens and passwords.
- All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
- Notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or data breach.
Note: CybrAegis will never ask for your password via email or phone. Please report any phishing attempts to our security desk.
03 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity of our AI defense network, you agree NOT to:
Technical Misuse
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or neural weights of the AI models.
Automated Abuse
Use bots, scrapers, or "spiders" to access the service or harvest metadata from our threat intelligence feeds.
Malicious Testing
Upload live malware for the purpose of "testing" the AI without an explicit Sandbox License Agreement.
Unauthorized Resale
Sell, rent, or sub-license access to the CybrAegis dashboard to third-party entities.
04 Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us.
Feedback: If you provide us with suggestions for improvement, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation.
05 Service Uptime & Liability
CybrAegis strives for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend service for maintenance or critical security updates.
Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBRAEGIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS OR SECURITY BREACHES RESULTING FROM USER NEGLIGENCE OR UNFORESEEN ZERO-DAY VULNERABILITIES OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
06 Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your account or block your access to the platform for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
